Affected Rights Holders

An affected rights holder is a person or a group whose human rights have been affected by an enterprise’s operations, products or services. Affected rights holders can either be internal or external. Taking a construction company for example, internal groups may refer to site workers and external groups may relate to the local communities affected by a construction site, or the workers hired by sub-contractors.
