Bond Valuation

Bond valuation is a process of calculating its fair price. A fundamental principle used in calculation is that the fair price of a bond is equal to the present value of all future expected cash flows. Fair value can also take into account subjective features such as market comparables, degree of market volatility, and factors such as liquidity, credit quality, and sovereign risk.
