Business to Business (B2B)
B2B describes the nature of a company’s interactions and dealings with other business entities. An example could be a transaction or interaction wherein Raw materials are sourced from another business supplier. B2B is also used to describe a company’s end-customers. Companies that sell to business customers (which may, depending on the product and industry) on-sell to consumers, are referred to as B2B.Companies who sell directly to retail or consumers are B2C.
