Chairman

A chairperson is an executive elected by a company\'s board of directors with responsibility for presiding over board or committee meetings. A primary function is to ensure that the board is working efficiently and proactively to achieve company strategic goals. Another is to maintain oversight of the chief executive and the executive management team.
