Corporate Finance

Corporate finance is a broad term denoting the series of services investment banks provide to their corporate and issuing clients. It is often used interchangeably with investment banking. Broadly speaking, it covers everything from M&A advisory to funding, to capital structuring and optimisation, ratings advisory, financial planning, industry sector analysis, execution of strategic initiatives and how companies can maximise shareholder and franchise value.
