Credit Analyst

A credit analyst in a bank or asset manager is a finance professional who assesses the degree of investability and/or creditworthiness of individual securities, companies and markets, and whether securities represent value at the price at which they are being offered or trade. They also assess the likelihood that a borrower can repay its financial obligations, including both interest and principal.
