Distributable Net Income (DNI)

Distributable net income is a term that can refer to income distributed by a trust to the trust’s beneficiaries. It is also used to describe the income generated by a company after all deductions for interest, tax, depreciation, amortisation, preferred dividends and other operating or admin expenses. It is the income available for distribution to common stockholders.
