Economic Conditions

Economic Conditions

Economic conditions refer to the broad conditions an economy finds itself operating in depending on where it is in the business cycle. The economy is described by the alternation of booms and busts. At a point in time in the cycle, economic conditions will see rising or falling employment, rising or falling levels of output and consumption, rising or falling inflation and a different set of monetary and fiscal policies to deal with them.
