Financial Crime

Financial crime is often referred to as ‘white collar’ crime. In a financial markets context, it covers trading on or passing on inside information, market rigging and market abuse. More generally, it covers electronic theft, fraud, bribery and corruption, terrorist financing and money laundering, tax evasion, identity theft, counterfeiting and embezzlement.
