Gap Analysis

Gap analysis is a method used to isolate requirements to take a company from its current performance and create a pathway towards desired future performance. Gap analysis is widely used in an almost limitless set of corporate settings, from steps needed to optimise revenue generation and cost control, to improving employee satisfaction, enhancing competitiveness, product quality and product development, client delivery and fulfilment cycles etc. The defined gap can be a gap to a desired set of outcomes defined by company owners or management, or to a sector or country performance benchmark.
