Line of Credit

A line of credit is a revolving facility that gives borrowers continual and constant access to agreed credit limits. A credit card is a line of credit: provided scheduled payments are made, the cardholder can continually borrow up to the credit limit. General corporate lines of credit are referred to as revolving credit facilities and can be used for any purpose.
