Non-current Assets
A non-current asset a.k.a. a long-term asset is one that will not liquidate (turn to cash) within a year of the balance-sheet date or which has a useful life of more than a year. Non-current assets are long-term investments, intangibles (goodwill, trademarks, copyrights, patents), property, plant and equipment.
