Proof of Funds (POF)

To evidence an ability to purchase a property along with associated fees and other costs, buyers need to provide Proof of Funds to sellers. The format can vary. At its simplest, a bank or investment statement will suffice but POF will typically be required in the form of a bank letter or other form of certification that confirms the level of a buyer’s liquid assets.
