Property Management

Property management is a service carried out by residential and commercial property agents acting on behalf of property owners to ensure the smooth running of arrangements with tenants including payment of rent/leases and ensuring properties or property portfolios are maintained to contractual standards. Property management is often contracted out to external providers, whilst companies with large and diffuse campuses will have internal teams carry out property management. On the commercial property side, agents in multi-tenanted buildings may also provide reception, security, cleaning, mailroom and certain IT/Smart services.
