Retail Banking

Retail banking is an umbrella term for banking for retail and consumer customers. It covers everyday services such as current and savings accounts; secured and unsecured lending to individuals and (depending on how banks are structured) small businesses; retail investment services (such as retail brokerage and trading); mortgages; and credit card services.
