Shareholder Structure

A shareholder structure lays out the structure of a company’s share capital. It will say how many shareholders there are (including how many individual vs institutional shareholders); who the significant shareholders are and how many shares they own and what percentage of voting rights they have, and the geographical breakdown of the shareholder base.
