Superannuation

In Australia, superannuation is a compulsory tax-efficient pension fund savings system for employees. Each month, employees are required to deposit a minimum percentage of their salaries into a fund run by a pension fund manager. The employer also contributes. Some schemes are ‘stapled’, meaning that as an employee moves from one job to another, the superannuation stays with them.
