Offer Price

An offer price a.k.a the ask, in the context of trading, is the price at which one counterparty (broker, market-maker or trader) is willing to sell and, by definition, the price at which another counterparty is able to buy. The offer price is the lowest a counterparty will sell; the bid price is the higher a counterparty will buy. The difference between the two is called the spread.
